At twenty years, this Trotanoy has reached a graceful plateau of maturity. Blackberry and crushed stone aromatics are complemented by subtle brine and seaweed notes. The palate shows medium body with cola, brown spices and white pepper threading through. Masculine in structure as expected, with moderate depth and a satisfying, savory finish.
