The 2007 captures Mount Veeder's signature intensity with remarkable grace. Rose petals, savory herbs and dark plum emerge with lovely textural depth. Rich and fleshy through the mid-palate, then the tannins firm up considerably on the finish. This has clearly hit its stride and should drink beautifully through 2025.
