Attractive and surprisingly graceful for a challenging vintage. Dark fruit mingles with mint and subtle earthy notes that add complexity without overwhelming. Medium-bodied with good balance, though it lacks the depth and persistence of the estate's finest efforts. Shows well now but doesn't have the structure for extended aging.
