Dense and powerful, the 2014 Lynch-Bages shows impressive concentration and structure. Dark cherry, tobacco, leather and rose petal build with remarkable amplitude. The tannins are formidable but ripe, providing excellent backbone. This is built for the long haul and will need considerable cellaring to reach its peak. Drink 2025-2045.
