Mayacamas Chardonnay 2015

Rich and unctuous yet retaining Mount Veeder's signature mineral spine. Orchard fruit, white flowers and mint are joined by subtle tropical overtones in this compelling expression. The wine shows excellent concentration from old, dry-farmed vines but needs several years to shed its youthful richness. Time in larger foudres has preserved freshness while allowing textural development. Drink 2025-2032.
