Mount Eden Pinot Noir 2015

The 2015 Mount Eden Pinot has found its stride, showing the mountain site's signature elegance with time. Whole cluster fermentation initially muted the aromatics, but patience reveals layers of red cherry, earth and cedar. There's lovely depth and mineral precision underneath, with silky tannins that speak to the Santa Cruz Mountains terroir. Still youthful but drinking beautifully now through 2030.
