Pavie Aromes de Pavie 2015

The 2015 Arômes de Pavie shows the vintage's generous character with fleshy, open-knit fruit that's immediately appealing. Sweet tobacco, dark chocolate and herbs add layers of complexity to the ripe black fruit core. There's impressive tannic structure underneath the seductive surface, providing good backbone. The wine maintains freshness despite the richness, showing excellent balance for a second wine.
