Pavie Aromes de Pavie 2016

Rich and heady, the 2016 Arômes de Pavie shows impressive depth for a second wine. Dark chocolate and tobacco weave through concentrated cassis and kirsch, while floral notes emerge with air. The wood tannins are present but well-integrated, giving structure to the medium-bodied frame. Needs several years to fully harmonize.
