The 2017 Blanc de Lynch-Bages shows attractive freshness despite frost challenges during the growing season. Green apple and gooseberry aromatics lead, with the Sauvignon Blanc component clearly driving the profile. The palate offers good balance with citrus and tropical notes, though the finish feels somewhat restrained at this stage. Will benefit from another year in bottle to develop more complexity and personality.
