Palmer Vin Blanc de Palmer 2017

Palmer's rare white is a fascinating departure from Bordeaux convention. The 2017 shows restraint on the nose with white flowers and waxy notes, but the palate delivers gorgeous precision. Apple blossom and dried honey mingle with peach skin through a fine thread of acidity. Unique within the region, this tiny production bottling bears more resemblance to premium South African whites than traditional Bordeaux blanc.
