Pavie 2017

The 2017 Pavie reveals impressive depth and concentration, though it remains tightly wound at this stage. Dark cherry, plum and mocha are framed by leather, spice and mineral undertones that build slowly in the glass. More structured and reticent than typical Pavie vintages, this will reward patience. The tannins are firm but ripe, suggesting excellent aging potential. Drink 2025-2040.
