The 2019 Pavie shows remarkable finesse and restraint, a departure from the estate's more muscular style. Rose petal, cedar and sweet tobacco create an immediately seductive bouquet. Blood orange and red fruit flow across the palate with silky precision, while mint and spice notes add complexity. The Cabernet Franc component brings vertical structure and mineral tension to the finish.
