Bright and focused, the 2019 Y de Yquem shows impressive minerality for this dry expression from the legendary estate. Citrus peel and white tea aromatics give way to crushed stone nuances that develop beautifully with air. The palate displays fine balance and delineation, though a touch of oak currently dominates. Give this a couple years to fully integrate.
