Mount Eden's 2021 Estate Cabernet shows the legendary site at its most graceful. Lush blackberry and blueberry fruit weaves seamlessly with cedar, tobacco and dried herbs. The tannins are remarkably fine-grained, almost imperceptible yet persistent through the long finish. More approachable than usual upon release, though it will reward extended cellaring as these wines always do.
