MacIntyre shows DuMOL's most concentrated expression with compelling depth and savory complexity. Dense and packed from start to finish, this Calera clone bottling displays tremendous weight and structure. The wine comes across as rather somber today, with savory overtones that linger beautifully on the close. More complete than recent vintages, though it will need time to fully reveal its potential.
