Muscular and mineral-driven, the 2023 Chardonnay shows Mount Veeder's signature intensity in bold relief. Lemon peel, sage, chamomile and dried flowers emerge with notable depth and concentration. The phenolic structure is impressive, giving this mountain Chardonnay real backbone and grip. Earthy mineral inflections build powerfully on the finish. This needs a few years to integrate fully.
